METHOD FOR PRODUCING PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing phosphatidylserine by which the phosphatidylserine suitably utilizable for a medicinal field, a pharmaceutical field and a food field, and highly safe to human beings can be produced efficiently. SOLUTION: The phosphatidylserine is produced by dispersing crude lecithin 7 in a buffer solution 2 containing serine 5 and having pH 5-8 so as to form 15% concentration (w/v), and adding phospholipase D6 to the buffer solution 2 containing the lecithin 7 dispersed therein to cause phosphatidyl group-transfer reaction.
