The invention relates to a device for capturing and directing sunlight, comprising sunlight-capture means (1) which direct the light rays (14) towards a determined area (2) in order to illuminate same. The invention is characterised in that the aforementioned capture means (1) comprise: at least one collector plate (3) which is equipped with at least one highly-reflective surface and which is mounted in a multi-directional manner to an inclined plane (4) forming part of a structure (5) that is pivot mounted to a bearing structure (7); and means for actuating each collector plate (3), which are used to tilt the plate in relation to the rotary structure (5) and to rotate same with the inclined plane (4) in compliance with sunlight following means.
