PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measurement device capable of precisely measuring a distance, by reducing noises generated by an optical sensor being not selected.
SOLUTION: An optical sensor circuit 20 is composed of optical sensors 1, 2 and 3; selection switches (MOSFET 4, 5 and 6) which select connections between a integrating circuit 17 and the optical sensors 1, 2 and 3; non-selection switches (MOSFET 7, 8 and 9) which connect the plurality of optical sensors 1, 2 and 3 with the one integrating circuit 17 and each of optical sensors 1, 2 and 3; and a biasing voltage circuit 13 which is connected to the non-selection switches. When the non-selection switches are turned on, the biasing voltage circuit 13 is connected to the optical sensors being not selected through the non-selection switches, and optical charges (photoelectrons) generated by the optical sensors being not selected are caused to flow to the biasing voltage circuit 13 and not to flow into the integrating circuit 17, thereby reducing the noises due to the optical charges generated by the optical sensors being not selected.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
