<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the whole into a sheet-likely thin-walled and reduced size, to impart excellent flexibility, to attain high measuring precision even in a curved portion, and to reduce a manufacturing cost to easily realize disposable use. <P>SOLUTION: An ISFET sensor chip 3 is mounted to be juxtaposed laterally with an RE electrode 5 prepared with an AgCl/Ag electrode 12 on an upper face of the bent microcase, and stored with a fixed KCl gel sheet 7 inside a recess 10a on a reverse face of the bent microcase 10, on a flexible substrate 2, and the porous sheet 7 is bonded onto a flexible substrate 2 portion corresponding to a hole 6 for a liquid junction part of the RE electrode 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
