<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for processing chromatographic data, capable of enhancing a large quantity of genotype determining processing efficiency by performing the high-speed processing of a GUI part which is the interface with a research worker by software to increase the drawing speed. <P>SOLUTION: First, noise data removing condition derminating processing is performed, in order to perform the efficient use of a memory and high speed treatment by setting a buffer requiring 32 bits usually to 8-16 bits by cutting down unwanted data. Next, a condition for dividing chromatographic data, to transmit data to a display module is determined in order to display speedup. Since a processing speed is lowered, even if the transmission number of data is too many, a method of dividing chromatographic waveform data to deliver the same to a display module is employed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
