<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplifying method capable of amplifying a desired nucleic acid, while controlling amplification of a by-product in polymerase chain reaction (RCR). <P>SOLUTION: This nucleic acid amplifying method uses Expand High Fidelity PCR System, Expand High Fidelity PCR Master, Expand High Fidelity Plus PCR System, Expand Long Template PCR System, Expand 20kb Plus PCR System, etc. Further, the PCR is conducted by mixing a T.th. RecA-like protein into a reaction liquid, wherein the T.th. RecA-like protein includes at least any one of a T.th. RecA protein derived from Thermusthermophilus and a T.th.
