<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the effective utilization and the central time management of a plurality of management/control signals and sampling synchronization between a plurality of protective relays. <P>SOLUTION: A single management/control apparatus having a GPS receiver is a master station 11. Other management/control apparatuses are slave stations 12<SB>1</SB>-12<SB>N</SB>connected to the master station by a communication means having bus connections or star connections. Time management between the apparatuses is implemented and utilizes absolute time information received from a GPS. The absolute time information is corrected by violation. Since the master station utilizes fundamental wave frequencies 50 Hz, 60 Hz of a system synchronized with the GPS as a synchronization timing signal, sampling synchronization between the master station and the slave stations is enabled by multiplying the signals and the absolute time information is corrected by multiplying the synchronization timing signal by the violation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
