<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, when a guide increase device is operated, capable of increasing a probability of opening a variable ball entering hole without giving discomfort to a player. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a variable display device capable of variably displaying genuine symbols and false symbols by a game ball passing through a symbol operating gate, a win/failure determining means determining a win/a failure based on the passing of the game ball in the symbol operating gate, a variable ball entering device, when the genuine symbols stationarily displayed on the variable display device are win symbols, opening the variable ball entering hole, and a special game state producing device, when the game ball entering in the variable ball entering hole enters in a specific area, increasing the probability of opening the variable ball entering hole.
