PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic clutch release unit capable of reducing maximum manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic clutch release unit 1 capable of keeping a clutch in a blocked state so that an oil chamber 17 is formed between an internal housing 11 and an external housing 12 by means of the internal housing 11, the external housing 12, and a piston member 13 and the piston member 13 and a release bearing are moved to an axial direction of a rotary transmitting shaft 2 by means of oil pressure in the oil chamber, the hydraulic clutch release unit 1 comprises a tube member 16 arranged between the external housing and piston member and likely come into contact with the internal housing, a first seal member 14 arranged between the external housing and piston member and also arranged between the external housing and tube member, and a second seal member 15 arranged between the internal housing and piston member and following together with a movement of the piston member.
