SPACER FOR POSITION ADJUSTMENTS OF REGENERATING PIPE, AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING POSITION USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform position adjustment of a regenerated pipe in relation to an existing pipe by inserting a spacer into an opening between the existing pipe and the regenerating pipe. SOLUTION: The spacer is constructed by piling a second wedge shape member 15 having inclination of predetermined angles on a lower surface on a first wedge shape member 14 having inclination of same angle on an upper surface. The spacer is inserted in the opening between an inner wall surface of the existing pipe 4 and an outer circumference of the regenerating pipe 3 in A direction to set a member 14 by engaging the same with the regenerating pipe 3. Locking teeth are formed on inclined surface of the member 14 and 15 not to allow movement in a opposite direction to the insertion direction when the member 15 is pressed and is moved in an insertion direction in relation to the member 14. When the member 15 is moved to locking position respectively, height of whole spacer gradually increases in fine pitch one by one, position adjustment of the regenerating pipe to the existing pipe can be simply done.
