摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-seizure characteristics by improving heat radiation nature at the time of sliding while securing initial conformability by covering layer. SOLUTION: A bearing alloy layer 3 made of, for example aluminum alloy is provided on an upper surface side of a backing plate layer 2 made of, for example steel, and a tapered machined part 3a is formed on both end parts in an axial direction of a surface of the bearing alloy layer 3. The covering layer containing solid lubricant such as MoS<SB>2</SB>in synthetic resin such as PAI is provided on the tapered machined part 3a of a surface (inner circumference surface which is sliding surface) of the bearing alloy layer 3. The covering layer 4 is formed on whole or a part in a circumference direction of the both end parts in the axial direction of the surface of the bearing alloy layer 3.
