PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise toothed belt that is excellent in waterproof durability, wear resistance, and mechanical strength properties, and equipped with quietness. SOLUTION: In the low noise toothed belt 1, a plurality of tooth portions 6 is formed on a surface of a belt body rubber layer 2 wherein a plurality of core wires 5 is buried in a longitudinal direction, and a surface of the tooth portion 6 is covered by a tooth cloth 7. A tooth surface side rubber layer 3 and a back surface side rubber layer 4 structuring the belt body rubber layer 2, is formed by rubber composition including hydrogenation nitrile rubber, polymer alloy obtained by finely scattering polymethacrylic acid zinc in hydrogenation nitrile rubber, and ethylene vinylacetate copolymer.
