PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a snow guard device constructed on a batten seam roof as a structure capable of surely and firmly carrying out mounting work by making deterrence fixed force not only from the outside section but also from the inside section display. SOLUTION: A collar edge section bending an upper side section 2 of a slat 1 and side sections 3 and 3 on both right and left sides in the inward direction and, at the same time, the collar edge section bent outward is formed in a lower side section 4, both right and left side sections 8 and 8 are slightly widened in the outward direction through a mounting piece 7 fixed to the inside central part of the slat to provide an outside mounting material 6 bend the lower end sections 9 and 9 in the inward direction, both right and left side sections of an inside mounting material 10 installed inside of the outside mounting material are extended in the forward direction to form jumping sections 12 and 12 interlocking with the collar edge section of the lower side section formed in the outside section of the slat in both right and left side sections, a batten seam body part (a) is held by both right and left lower end sections 14 and 14 of the inside mounting material and both lower end section of both right and left side sections of the outside mounting material, and a screw 16 is erectly fastened between both right and left side sections of both outside and inside mounting materials to fix.
