PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grade separated crossing structure constructed at a low cost while allowing the smooth advance of all vehicles advancing straight and turning right and left, without stopping them with signals. SOLUTION: A rotary (16) of one-way traffic type on the ground level is provided at an intersection (10). A road (12) with heavy traffic is provided with straight-advancing exclusive lanes (20, 22) in the form of underground passages (18). The road (12) is provided with branch bypasses (26, 28, 30 and 32) which join the rotary (16). A road (14) with less traffic is directly connected with the rotary (16). The height of the underground passage (18) is made low and exclusively used for passenger cars (24) to considerably reduce a construction cost.
