PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a vector component containing a force acting straightly downward by adding a simple element at the lower part of the head of a lure dragged at the upper part of the head, increase the submerging depth and speed under the application of water pressure and realize the design with improved freedom in the shape, floating force and gravitational center position of the lure dragged at the upper part of the head. SOLUTION: An assist lip AL having a pressure receiving face to generate a vector component containing a force acting straightly downward under the application of water pressure is attached to the lower part of the head of the lure dragged at the upper part of the head.
