<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nicer-looking container cover which stores a sheet-like item such as a printed matter or a photograph and through which the item is seen. <P>SOLUTION: This container cover has a gap 4 for storing an appropriate sheet-like item 3 between a synthetic resin top panel 1 and a bottom panel 2 and the sheet-like item 3 can be seen through the panel 1. Either the peripheral edge of the bottom face side of the panel 1 or the top face side of the panel 2 has a protrusive part 6 for mounting a packing 5. The panel 2 or the panel 1 is connected with the protrusive part 6. The panel 2 or the panel 1 can be connected to the part 6 by ultrasonic welding.
