<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management system for setting an appropriate construction schedule in which property scale and various conditions are considered and for easily enabling correction and amendment of the construction schedule and adjustment with respect to other residences. <P>SOLUTION: Typical constitution of this process management system 1 is a work rate database 12 for storing construction types, a work rate per unit amount predetermined by construction type, and the number of construction workers predetermined by construction type; a property quantity database 11 for storing, by residence, construction work types necessary for the residence and construction amount of the construction work; and a calculation means for performing intended calculation. The calculation means 10 calculates and integrates the number of construction days necessary for the individual construction works, based on the construction work amount of the construction work, the work rate of the construction work type and the number of construction workers stored in the work rate database 12, in regard to each of the construction work types stored in the property quantity database 11, to calculate the construction schedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
