<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting a useful substance from waste marine products, by which all of high-quality useful components can be obtained efficiently from the useful substance at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: When the useful substance containing useful components such as oil content and moisture content is extracted from waste marine products, the oil content is extracted by using a culture solution to be used for dissociating cadmium at such an early stage that the oil content is not oxidized, particularly cadmium among heavy metals is dissociated by a fermentation method while keeping the useful components safe, the dissociated cadmium is removed by a chelate adsorption method and the moisture content is extracted by a centrifugal separation method. A series of the above operations are performed below the temperature that yeasts and lactobacilli used in the culture solution do not die out so that the oil content and the moisture content being useful substances can be extracted at a low cost while reducing the energy consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
