<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonutility generator facility subjected to system interconnection with a commercial power supply in which power can be supplied stably to a load even upon the occurrence of an abnormality in the commercial power supply or a generator by limiting receiving power from the commercial power supply within a contract demand. <P>SOLUTION: A series compensation power converter 19 is provided between a commercial power supply 1 and a nonutility generator 4, and a parallel compensation power converter 20 for supplying power to a DC power storage means 10 connected to the DC side of the converter 19 is provided.
