PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive compact integrated circuit of low current consumption by constituting a complementary positive logic circuit free from leak current at the time of rest of the same number of elements as that of negative logic circuits. SOLUTION: An N type MOSFET where the gate and the body are connected in SOI process is employed as a component on the positive electrode power supply side. Consequently, a positive logic circuit can be constituted of a number of elements including no useless element, resulting in an inexpensive compact integrated circuit of low current consumption.
