SOLUTION: The glass composition for cold cathode fluorescent lamp is composed of silicon dioxide and boron oxide as fundamental component, and the glass composition contains titanium oxide by 0.01 wt.% or more and 3 wt.% or less, and europium oxide by 0.01 wt.% or more and 10 wt.% or less.
