PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin fuel tank capable of reducing the number of parts and securing tank capacity and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This resin fuel tank 20 is a resin fuel tank made of resin mounted on a car body 10 of an automobile, etc. and to store fuel 36 in a tank main body 24. This resin fuel tank 20 is constituted so as to overhang an overhanging part 36 toward the inside of the tank main body 24 from a front wall 27 of the tank main body 24, to integrally form this overhanging part 36 with the front wall 27 and to restrain rising of the fuel 36 in the inside of the tank main body 24 up to an upper surface 22 along the front wall 27 by this overhanging part 35.
