PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout having high barrier property in which a circumferential wall of a spout body is constituted of a multi-layered wall of the layer configuration of a skin layer/an intermediate layer consisting of barrier property resin/a skin layer, the skin layers are free from any breakage or projection of barrier property resin, and the intermediate layer is formed over the entire circumference of the spout body, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The spout comprises a spout body and a joint continuously provided therebelow, and formed of the multi-layered injection molding consisting of a multi-layered wall having the layer configuration of a skin layer/an intermediate layer consisting of barrier property resin/a skin layer. A plurality of legs are continuously provided on a lower side of a joint. A lower portion of each leg radially extends in the axial direction of the spout, and is connected to connectors connected to each other on the axial direction, and a gate is provided on a center of each connector.
