ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM TO PUBLIC UTILIZING UNMANNED FLYING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable announcement of safe and secure evacuation by disseminating the warning notice of dam-discharge or the like to the public while making stable autonomous flight of an unmanned helicopter (a radio controlled helicopter) and making a flight over a wide range area like a river in a dam downstream region by storing the flight route in advance. SOLUTION: The unmanned flying body (the unmanned helicopter 1) of the system announces the alarm of the dam-discharge along the river basin R to the public before an electric company managing the dam releases into the river. The unmanned flying body is equipped with an alarm device 2 raising the alarm to the public, an autonomous control device 3 making stable autonomous flight of the unmanned helicopter 1, and a storing part 4 storing a flight program so that the unmanned helicopter 1 flies over the river basin R according to a predetermined route.
