PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary belt 2 enabling a vehicle to travel even when a runflat tire 18 punctures on a snowy road. SOLUTION: This auxiliary belt 2 is of a band type, and its cross-section shape protrudes inward. The auxiliary belt 2 is firstly wound around the runflat tire 18 to install the auxiliary belt 2 on the runflat tire 18. One end of the auxiliary belt is secondly connected to the other end. The auxiliary belt 2 shows a ring shape. The auxiliary belt 2 fits in a depressed part in the neighborhood of a central part of a tread 26. The rotational resistance of the runflat tire 18 is reduced by the auxiliary belt 2. An irregular pattern is formed on the outside surface So of the auxiliary belt 2.
