PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a noncrystalline polyester resin composition having a well-balanced combination of impact resistance and processability. SOLUTION: The noncrystalline polyester resin composition comprises (A) 99-50 pts.mass of a noncrystalline polyester resin, (B) 1-50 pts.mass of a graft copolymer that is obtained by graft copolymerization of one or more vinyl monomers to an acrylic rubber and/or a silicone acrylic rubber and (C) 0.2-5 pts.mass of montanoic ester wax based on a total of 100 pts. mass of the components(A) and (B).
