PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag discharge temperature control method, a slag discharge temperature control program and a slag discharge temperature control device capable of keeping stable operation by properly adjusting a slag discharge temperature. SOLUTION: This slag discharge temperature control method comprises a step of measuring a temperature of a discharged molten material, a step of adjusting the charging amount of carbon auxiliary fuel charged on the basis of the measured temperature of the molten material, a step of estimating a height position in a furnace where the carbon auxiliary fuel exists, changed in the adjustment step, and a step of changing the total oxygen amount of an oxygen-containing gas blown from a tuyere to a value corresponding to the charging amount after the change, when it is estimated that the changed carbon auxiliary fuel reaches a specific position in the furnace, in the estimation step.
