PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Thomson die for punching a slit shape having a narrow width. SOLUTION: This Thomson die is used for a flexible circuit board for punching and cutting by pressing the circuit board to the Thomson blade side in a state of holding the flexible circuit board on a cushion material, by respectively arranging the cushion material on inside and outside bases of a frame composed of this Thomson blade, by arranging the Thomson blade in a frame shape on the bases; and is characterized by constituting a part of a frame shape of the Thomson blade out of a plurality of sheets.
