摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of setting a reconstruction range for batch reconstruction processing in an X-ray computed tomographic imaging apparatus and an image processor. SOLUTION: An X-ray computed tomographic apparatus comprises a scanner 100 to scan a three-dimensional region of a subject by X-rays, a storage circuit 20 to store projection data acquired by the scanning, a reconstruction arithmetic circuit 21 to generate volume data which corresponds to a three-dimensional region, based on the stored projection data, an MPR processing circuit 24 to generate cross-sectional image data relating to three-directional cross-section from the volume data, a displaying unit 9 to display the cross-sectional image data together with a graphic element expressing a reconstruction range, an operating unit 10 to operate the graphic element, and a reconstruction arithmetic circuit 21 to reconstruct tomographic image data which corresponds to the reconstruction range expressed by the graphic element, based on the stored projection data.
