FRAME STRUCTURE FOR SEAT CUSHION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for a seat cushion which eliminates the possibility of the permanent deformation even under the severe temperature conditions while securing the cushionability with an unbroken and flush looking. SOLUTION: The frame structure for the seat cushion has a top surface board 2 and a circumferential surface board 3 while at least a pair of recessed groove parts 4 is applied facing each other along both sides of the top surface board 2 unbroken between the top surface board 2 and the circumferential surface board 3 and a resin seat frame 1 is so arranged as to enable the elastic support of persons sitting on the top surface board 2. A metal elastic body such as a leaf spring material 7 is disposed below the rein seat frame along the direction of the arrangement of the recessed groove parts 4 to elastically support the resin seat frame 1 with the metal elastic body from below, thereby preventing the permanent distortion otherwise generated in the resin seat frame 1.
