PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus of soil being simply useable in a local place, inexpensive, capable of carrying out heating in a short time and uniformly carrying out heating in longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus is equipped with a pipe having air permeability, a linear heating element inserted into the pipe, an air supply device or water supply device connected to the pipe and a power delivery device connected to the linear heating element.
