PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular hedge trimmer enabling easily cutting an annoying curved surface. SOLUTION: This hedge trimmer is composed of two upper and lower cutting plates 3a extending forward a main body and reciprocating with a driving source built into the main body.
