PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield structure for shielding electromagnetic waves radiated from a harness of an electric device. SOLUTION: A DC power supply 3, an inverter 4, and a drive motor 5 are arranged in a body 2 of an electric car. Harnesses 8, 9 connect among the DC power supply 3, inverter 4, and drive motor 5, and cylindrical members 6, 7 for shielding electromagnetic waves are provided around the harnesses 8, 9 such that they covers the harnesses. Circumferential walls of the aluminum cylindrical members 6, 7 are made in a way that concavo-convex portions are formed continuously in an axial direction in order to shield electromagnetic waves radiated externally from the harnesses 8, 9.
