The present invention provides an aqueous composition comprising a thiazole derivative of the formula (I): R1-NH-X-Y-Z (I) wherein each symbol is as defined above, or a parmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an additive selected from the group consisting of polyol, sugar, sugar alcohol, boric ac id or its salt, and water. The aqueous composition is very stable and can be stored for a long time.
