<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive an entry using a card by recognizing the card by means of an image processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image photographed by a photographing means is fetched, the fetched image is analyzed and the card projected in the image is recognized (S31-S33). Then, the inter-frame difference of the image is taken and the movement of the card is detected (S34, S35).
