<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid container capable of performing a plasma treatment on the solid container having an opened port, under pressure in the vicinity of atmospheric pressure in a short time in a good efficiency, and a device for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the solid container is characterized by comprising a process of installing an electrode and an opposing electrode at least one electrode of which is covered with a dielectric material layer at the inside surface side and outside surface side of the solid container having the opened port, respectively, a process of feeding gas at least containing raw material gas and gas for electric discharge so as to make the gas in contact with the inside surface of the container and a process of performing a plasma treatment over the inside surface of the container by impressing an alternating electric voltage between the opposing electrodes to produce the plasma. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
