<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition having high rheology characteristics suitable for resist coating by a die coat method for manufacture of a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition shows ≥0.6 power-law exponent (n) at ≥10<SP>3</SP>s<SP>-1</SP>shear rate (D) when the relation of shear stress (τ) to shear rate (D) is applied to the power law expressed by (Ia):τ=μ×D and (Ib): μ=η×D<SP>(n-1)</SP>, wherein τ represents shear stress, μ represents viscosity, ηis a constant, D represents a shear rate and n is an exponential. By using the curable resin composition having ≥0.6 power-law exponent at ≥10<SP>3</SP>s<SP>-1</SP>shear rate, deterioration in the distribution of discharge flow amounts attributed to non-uniformity of a slit can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
