摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member of simple constitution which has excellent resistance to sulfur hexafluoride cracked gas as the structural member of a gas insulated instrument using sulfur hexafluoride gas as an insulating medium. <P>SOLUTION: The structural member 1 for a sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated instrument is constituted by covering the outside of glass fiber reinforced composite material 2, which is constituted by reinforcing the resin 2a being a base material with glass fibers 2b, with insulating paint 3, and laminar silicate compounds 4 are dispersed equally in the insulating paint 3. Though at least one kind selected from a group of minerals comprising a group of smectites, a group of mica, a group of vermiculites, or a group of mica, or these mixture is used as laminar silicate compounds 4, it is preferable that quarternary ammoniumion exists between layers. The lamellar silicate compounds are dispersed equally in the insulating paint by using a special mixer or mixing it together with electric insulating inorganic substance thereby mixing it while adding high shearing force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
