<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure capable of preventing drop of pressure resistance and durability by securing a predetermined stiffness of a piston seal 13 irrespective of size of piston main body 11 and a seal diameter of the piston seal 13 formed as one piece with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The piston seal 13 made of rubber like elastic material is formed as one piece with the piston main body 11. An attachment ring 12 is fixed on the piston main body 11 by press fitting or the like, and a base part 13b of the piston ring 13 is connected to both of the piston main body 11 and the attachment ring 12.
