PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled damper excellent in durability, vibration absorbing performance or the like without being accompanied by contaminant. SOLUTION: This liquid filled damper 1 is provided with a main body part 2 having at least part thereof constructed by an elastic wall 3, a bottom part 4, and liquid 5 filled in a sealed space formed by the main body part 2 and the bottom part 4. The elastic wall 3 consists of rubber composition containing material A-C described below as indispensable composition, and whole sulfur content of the elastic wall 3 formed by the rubber composition is 0.8 wt% or less.
