PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground cavity filling method for efficiently, economically and appropriately filling a filler in an underground cavity, and the filler for the underground cavity constructing the ground after filling the underground cavity, as the ground with high unity with the peripheral ground in various aspects such as strength and geology. SOLUTION: The filler is formed by mixing 10-1,000 pts.wt. cohesive soil belonging to fine grain soil in grain size classification in a soil material, 3-600 pts.wt. cement and 50-1,700 pts.wt. water in 100 pts.wt. molten slag belonging to coarse grain soil. The filler is filled in the underground cavity and hardened by a cement hydrate in the state of the molten slag and cohesive soil almost keeping grain shape without hydrating.
