PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means smoothly performing data transmission/reception not necessarily requiring a rear-time property between servers in a process management system. SOLUTION: A process server 2 establishes a socket for TCP/IP transmission for transmitting data (S401). An integral control server 3 performs establishment preparation for the socket for TCP/IP reception for receiving the data (S402), and establishes a socket (S403). When a transmission request is made (Yes in S404), the process server 2 copies untransmitted data stored in a transmission destination-classified data group to a transmitting folder as a file (S405). The process server 2 transmits a reception request message to the integral control server 3 (S406). The integral control server 3 receives the reception request message from the process server 2 (S407). Next, the file shown by the reception request message is received from the transmitting folder of the process server 2 to a receiving folder of the integral control server 3 by FTP (S408).
