FILTER MEDIUM FITTED TO ANALYZER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium for filtering gas fitted to an analyzer capable of suppressing the adsorption of a gas component to the utmost to remove fine dust. SOLUTION: The filter medium is composed of an inner layer 2 formed by winding a nonwoven fabric of heat-fusible fibers, an intermediate layer 3 formed by at least a turn of winding filter paper of glass fibers coated with a polymeric material around the inner layer and an outer layer 4 formed by winding the nonwoven fabric of the heat-fusible fibers around the intermediate layer 3. The inner layer, the intermediate layer and the outer layer are molded into a cylindrical body by thermal welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
