PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of effectively preventing backflow of dust through a hopper in simple constitution, which can be easily applied to an existing device. SOLUTION: This hopper device to be used for charging powder/grain into a container having a feed port is provided with a hopper part 2 having a charging port 21 to which powder/grain is charged, a discharge port 25 communicated with the charging port 21, and a dust suction port 27 provided in parallel to the discharge port 25, and a dust sucking and collecting device to suck dust through the dust suction port 27, and collect the dust.
