PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner folding packaging machine capable of reducing the number of replacement components and simply used for commodities having different thicknesses. SOLUTION: This corner folding packaging machine comprises a base plate, an extremity end folding guide, an intermediate folding member and an upward folding member, the extremity end folding guide is fixed to the base plate in a state that it can be replaced, the intermediate folding member is fixed to the base plate in such a way that it can be moved in a slant upward direction, and the upward folding member is fixed to the base plate through a supporting member. A downward folding clearance is formed between the extremity end folding guide and the intermediate folding member, and an upward folding clearance is formed between the intermediate folding member and the upward folding member.
