PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a model and to easily change a plurality of patterns when tire performance is simulated. SOLUTION: A tire body model for analyzing performance, a tread pattern model relative to the tire body model, a wheel mode for installing the tire and a mounting object model for mounting the tire wheel installation body are selected (100-106). The selected tire body model and the tread pattern model are bonded to prepare the tire model and the wheel model is bonded to the prepared tire model to prepare the tire wheel installation model (108). The tire wheel installation mode and the mounting object model are bonded to prepare an analysis object model (110) and the analysis simulation of four wheel tire performance is performed according to an analysis program (112).
