PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete chipping machine capable of efficiently and parallelly positioning a work device having a water jet nozzle to a concrete surface of a work object regardless of an inclination of a traveling car body. SOLUTION: A water jet cutting device 29 for installing a support 23 of the rotatingly driving water jet nozzle 14 on a beam 4 so as to be capable of traveling, is supported in the rear of the traveling car body 1. The water jet cutting device 29 is supported from the traveling car body 1 side by a multi-link 31 of lateral parallel links with the vertical one side as a link cylinder 32 and a link positioned in the middle, and is installed with the traveling car body 1 by a lateral rod 30, and is unfollowably supported to the inclination of the traveling car body 1.
