METHOD OF PACKAGING A LIQUID PRODUCT AND, IN PARTICULAR, A COSMETIC OR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT

The invention relates to a method of packaging a liquid product in a dispenser comprising, for example, (i) an upper part (1) which is capped with a tip (11) that is equipped with a discharge port (10) and (ii) a lower part (2) which is equipped with means for dispensing the product, said two parts defining therebetween a leaktight container (R) for the product. The invention is characterised in that the upper part (1) is partially assembled to the lower part (2) with a removable spacer (3) being inserted therebetween, such as to define the container (R). The inventive method comprises the following steps, namely: the container is filled such as to leave a dead volume (M), the tip (11) is mounted in order to seal the container (R), the spacer (3) is removed, and the lower and upper parts are assembled with the air trapped in the dead volume (M) being released through the discharge port (10).
