<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original image scanner which excels in the productivity of image reading of an original, which simply monitors the conveyance unevenness of the conveyance state of reading draft and detects without delay, which improves the efficiency of reading operation of the original without damaging the original and also guarantees certainly the quality of reading image of the original, which is excellent in the image forming operation and its efficiency with resource saving, and which forms the image of high quality at a high speed; and to provide an image forming apparatus having the original image scanner. <P>SOLUTION: The original image scanner includes an original separation means 1 for separating the original (O) of the original bundle for every sheet, a conveyance means 3 for conveying the original (O) separated for every sheet with the original separation means 1 and to convey in a reader 2, an original image reading means 4 for reading the original image of the original (O) to be conveyed to the reader 2 by the conveyance means 3, and an original conveyance state detection means 5 for detecting the conveyance state of the original (O) to be conveyed to the downstream side of the reader 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
