<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood fuel heating device capable of improving combustion efficiency and reducing exhaust gas of tar and soot to a minimum extent by using an oxidation catalyst and moving the oxidation catalyst to a place where the oxidation catalyst is activated in an optimum condition. <P>SOLUTION: This device performs indoor heating by burning wooden solid fuel and is provided with a thermocouple 25 for detecting or estimating temperature of catalyst body and a catalyst body supporting part 11 in which the catalyst body moves in accordance with catalyst temperature obtained by the thermocouple so that it is stored in a scope of active temperature inherent to the catalyst body to move the catalyst body in accordance with detected temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
